A ramble up through Almondell Country Park lead us in a new direction! Three months later and we’re organised to put on a show. Artist Margaret Bilsborough (Blackburn) is exhibiting twenty years of work for the first time. Ceramicist Sandra Brown displays her wall-hanging creations… and I’ve got a series of seven digital montages, continuing on the theme of ‘Shale Voices’.
The new gallery positioned in the central parks administration building has an open poilcy on art exhibited- a welcome new venue in the somewhat starved creative culture of West Lothian.
We open on Saturday 4 January 2014.
